OKLAHOMA CITY – Today, the Oklahoma City All Sports announced that tickets to the 79th All-College Basketball Classic go on sale Tuesday, October 18th at 10:00 a.m
The 2016 All-College Basketball Classic will be played on Saturday, December 10th at the Chesapeake Energy Arena. The contest will feature the Wichita State Shockers against the Oklahoma Sooners with tipoff slated for 3:00 PM.
Tickets are priced at $39, $29 and $11 depending on location and availability. Tickets can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com, by phone at 1-800-745-3000 or by visiting the Chesapeake Energy Arena box office.
“The All-College Basketball Classic returns in a big way”, said Oklahoma City All-Sports executive director, Tim Brassfield. “Oklahoma and Wichita State are two top-tier college basketball programs with two of the premier coaches in (Lon) Kruger and (Gregg) Marshall. This year’s All-College will have that NCAA tournament game vibe which will make it an exciting experience for all basketball fans.”
The Oklahoma City All-College Basketball Classic is the world’s oldest basketball event, outdating the NCAA, NIT, NAIA and NBA. It was originated and sponsored for 21 years by the Oklahoma Publishing Company.  In 1957, the All-College Classic became the major annual project of the Oklahoma City All Sports Association.
