Conference Championship Returns to Oklahoma City, the "HOME" of the Big 12 Baseball Championship


OKLAHOMA CITY (March 15, 2011) – Baseball fans, don't miss the excitement of the 2011 Phillips Big 12 Baseball Championship! The championship is returning to a double -elimination format this year, so mark your calendars, because all-session tickets are now on sale.


The Phillips 66 Big 12 Baseball Championship will be held at the RedHawks Field in downtown Oklahoma City from May 25-29. The first game begins at 9:00 a.m. on May 25, and the games continue until the championship game at 1:00 p.m. May 29.


All-session tickets are valid throughout the championship, and prices range from $87 for terrace reserved to $117 for field box seating to $202 for club-level seats. A limited number of weekend passes are also available starting at $67. All-session tickets include all games, including the if-necessary games, totaling 15 games. Single-session tickets will be available the week of the event.


This year, the championship will return to its roots of the double-elimination bracket and bring excitement back to fans. The competition will consist of two, four-team brackets with the winners facing off in the championship game on Sunday, May 29 at 1:00 p.m.
